Outing on Raya

Selamat Hari Raya brothers and sisters!

2nd of May (Monday) was the first day of Raya and I wore my new baju raya at predawn to celebrate this festive occasion.

Changed back to casual clothing and went for breakfast with friends.

I had a cup of teh limau. Fantastic drink.

Initially we planned to go biking at a park, but it was closed and Batu Caves was nearby so we went there instead.

Arrived safely ✅.

My friend and I had a race to see who will reach the top first and the slower person would buy a coconut drink for the faster person.

We rested for a while then headed inside.

Lots of shops selling items there, but only one caught my eyes.

After seeing everything at the top, we started our journey of descend. We saw lots of monkeys too hehe.

Next I will tell you guys about something, but I’m not sure what y’all would think about it. Some of my friends went to the Batu Caves zoo instead of climbing the stairs, so they still have their entrance tickets.

We were wondering whether the guy would allow us in if we reused the tickets, so we decided to test and see what will happen.

We’re going on an adventure (a free one, too)!

The outcome: we successfully got in! I feel like the gatekeeper was a bit sus of us, but he let us in nonetheless.

If you want a photo with the parrots, you’ll have to pay. I took this picture before the person in charge came and told me that I have to pay, so I’m feeling gleeful about it.

We went to McD for ice cream. I had the new Milo McFlurry and it was awesome 🤤🍨.

After having ice cream, it was time to go home. She’s going back to JB 😭😭. Hopefully we’ll be able to meet soon.
