Gardening in Church #1

Hi all!

I didn’t blog again yesterday, because I was lazy ;-;. Anyways, yesterday was a very great day, because I’d been productive and spent my morning helping out in church.

We started off by filling pots with bamboo leaves (fertilizer) and soil, then we proceeded with the replanting process (no pictures, because I didn’t take any). I became a plant doctor and successfully separated a plant into two.

After we replanted the plants we’d separated to give them away, we planted new plants into the other fertilized pots. The plant we chose was marigold (not the drink brand), because it is a very strong natural insect repellent. We went with orange and yellow marigolds.

Tip: Don’t press the soil after planting the marigold seeds.

16th April’s fruit feast cut by my pastor:

I brought home 2 plants from church. One was a flower-filled small pot made by me and the other was a white flower plant.

These are made with the flowers dropped by the plants.
By this morning, all of them’d withered and the scene was so sad,
I’m not gonna upload a picture of it.

I know this plant doesn’t look like it’s in a good shape now,
but I promise you that I did not abuse nor mistreat it.

Super grateful and thankful for being able to help out at church.
